At Maplewood Audi, our service team strives to provide you and your vehicle with the best experience possible. Our mission is to exceed our customer's expectations in everything that we do. In order to add convenience to your service visit, we offer the following complimentary programs:
Rental Cars - We have an Enterprise rental car agent with rental cars on the premises for your use. If we require your car for a day, we'll pay for your rental car for a day.
Shuttle Service - If you live or work in the area, we'll provide you a ride back home or to the office after dropping your vehicle off for service.
Car Wash - With every service visit, we will wash and dry your vehicle in our state of the art touchless car wash before giving it back to you.
Service Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Each time you visit our service department, we will work very hard to earn the opportunity to have you come back again.

Online Service Appointments
You can now save time by e-mailing your service appointment request directly to our Customer Care Center. Click on the appointment button, fill out the form and we will call or e-mail you and confirm your appointment date and time! If you simply want to call and make an appointment, contact our customer care center at 651.494.1349 during our business hours.
